Living in your new identity at the table of grace.
Renamed Ministries helps women find freedom from their struggles with body image, food, dating and relationships by anchoring them in the truth of the Gospel. Through compassionate, Christ-centered coaching, women are guided to recognize the underlying beliefs that distract them and make it difficult to operate from their firm identity in Christ—whether in how they relate to food, their body, relationships, or themselves.

At Renamed Ministries, I believe that the best work happens when there’s alignment between your goals and the style of support I offer. That’s why I provide a complimentary 15-minute consultation.
This time allows us to learn more about your story, values, and hopes for coaching, while giving you space to ask questions and get a feel for my approach. Together, we can discern whether this is the right fit and, if not, I’ll happily recommend other resources that may serve you well.

Hi, I’m Liz!
Nice to meet ya! I’m Liz Willis— a Bachelor’s-trained nutrition professional and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor with 8 years of experience supporting clients. I specialize in supporting adult women as they navigate body image struggles, weight concerns, relationships with food and health behavior, dating and relationships, and identity.
Most importantly, I’m a sinner who often struggles with the lies of the world, forgetting my true identity in Christ.
Renamed Ministries was inspired by my own counseling work, where I noticed a common theme in areas I struggled with: body image, unmet expectations, and relying on my own strength or control in life and relationships. In these moments, I realized I was operating as an orphan — forgetting my new name, my true identity, the One where my worth is secure and my peace comes.
Now, my mission is to help women not only find their true identity in Christ, but live from it. I seek to guide women into the same freedom I experience when His truth moves from head to heart, shaping the way we think, feel, and relate to ourselves and others.
