Living in your new identity at the table of grace.

Renamed Ministries helps women find freedom from their struggles with body image, food, dating and relationships by anchoring them in the truth of the Gospel. Through compassionate, Christ-centered coaching, women are guided to recognize the underlying beliefs that distract them and make it difficult to operate from their firm identity in Christ—whether in how they relate to food, their body, relationships, or themselves.

Session fees are determined via sliding scale based on income.

  • At Renamed Ministries, I believe that the best work happens when there’s alignment between your goals and the style of support I offer. That’s why I provide a complimentary 15-minute consultation.

This time allows us to learn more about your story, values, and hopes for coaching, while giving you space to ask questions and get a feel for my approach. Together, we can discern whether this is the right fit and, if not, I’ll happily recommend other resources that may serve you well.

  • 50-minute sessions focused on understanding your unique experiences, gently unpacking unhelpful beliefs, and building tools that support attunement and self-trust, rooted in a right identity with Christ.

Session rates are offered on a sliding scale.

  • For those seeking deeper progress, session packages offer a discounted rate for multiple sessions. Regular scheduling helps maintain momentum, strengthen learning, and support meaningful, sustained change.

Packages are consistently discounted based on the sliding scale.

Hi, I’m Liz!

Nice to meet ya! I’m Liz Willis— a Bachelor’s-trained nutrition professional and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor with 8 years of experience supporting clients. I specialize in supporting adult women as they navigate body image struggles, weight concerns, relationships with food and health behavior, dating and relationships, and identity.

Most importantly, I’m a sinner who often struggles with the lies of the world, forgetting my true identity in Christ.

Renamed Ministries was inspired by my own counseling work, where I noticed a common theme in areas I struggled with: body image, unmet expectations, and relying on my own strength or control in life and relationships. In these moments, I realized I was operating as an orphan — forgetting my new name, my true identity, the One where my worth is secure and my peace comes.

Now, my mission is to help women not only find their true identity in Christ, but live from it. I seek to guide women into the same freedom I experience when His truth moves from head to heart, shaping the way we think, feel, and relate to ourselves and others.

  • "Elizabeth is one of a kind. She has been an incredible guide in my journey with body image. She strikes the perfect balance of asking and explaining, validating and empowering, and empathizing and challenging. I am incredibly grateful to her for helping me shift the way I view bodies—the work we’ve done impacts my life daily and I use her analogies to reframe the way I think about things regularly. If you have the chance to work with her, don’t miss it!"

    -Claire

  • "I cannot say enough good things about Liz. She has been incredibly helpful in guiding me to think differently and more holistically about my dating life. She has helped me identify negative thought patterns, gently challenged my assumptions, and expanded my perspective on the men I’m dating. I no longer write people off so quickly and instead allow space to really get to know someone. I’m so grateful for her wisdom and the clarity she’s brought into this area of my life."

  • "I’m so grateful to have had the pleasure of meeting and working with Elizabeth. She is a very caring and compassionate coach. She asked me thoughtful questions that helped me to make important connections which significantly improved my mindset. This helped me get unstuck, be more compassionate to myself and move forward with my health goals."

    - Jennifer

  • "I highly recommend Liz - working with her was one of the best decisions I've made in a long time. By practicing intuitive eating, slowly my mindset began to change. Liz was very patient but quick to call out old thinking patterns, which was very helpful. At the time I began working with her I was in a very bad cycle of extreme exercise and restriction. Our work allowed me to build and a healthy relationship with food and movement that has made an immeasurable impact on my mental health and body image."
